  • คำขอใบเสนอราคาและการนัดเยี่ยมชมโชว์รูม
  • ข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บในเบราว์เซอร์เพื่อให้เว็บไซต์ทำงาน (ดูนโยบายคุกกี้)

3. วัตถุประสงค์และฐานทางกฎหมาย

  • เพื่อจัดการบัญชี คำสั่งซื้อ การชำระเงิน การรับสินค้า ใบเสนอราคา และนัดหมาย (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามสัญญา)
  • เพื่อออกใบกำกับภาษีและเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชี (เพื่อปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย)
  • เพื่อรักษาความปลอดภัยของเว็บไซต์และป้องกันการทุจริต (ประโยชน์โดยชอบด้วยกฎหมาย)
  • เพื่อส่งข่าวสารและโปรโมชัน เฉพาะเมื่อคุณให้ความยินยอม (ความยินยอม ซึ่งถอนได้ทุกเมื่อ)

4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล

เราไม่ขายข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ เราใช้ผู้ให้บริการต่อไปนี้ในการประมวลผลข้อมูลแทนเรา:

เราเก็บข้อมูลบัญชีตราบเท่าที่บัญชียังใช้งานอยู่ และเก็บข้อมูลคำสั่งซื้อและเอกสารทางภาษีตามระยะเวลาที่กฎหมายกำหนด

6. ความปลอดภัย

การเชื่อมต่อกับเว็บไซต์เข้ารหัสด้วย HTTPS และฐานข้อมูลมีกฎความปลอดภัยที่อนุญาตให้คุณเข้าถึงเฉพาะข้อมูลของคุณเอง

7. สิทธิของคุณ

คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอรับสำเนา แก้ไข ลบ โอนย้าย คัดค้าน หรือจำกัดการใช้ข้อมูล และถอนความยินยอมได้ คุณดาวน์โหลดข้อมูลของคุณได้จากหน้าบัญชี หรือติดต่อเราทางอีเมลด้านบน หากเห็นว่าเราไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎหมาย คุณร้องเรียนต่อสำนักงานคณะกรรมการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (สคส.) ได้

  • Your address, and tax-invoice details (company name, tax ID, branch, address)
  • Orders, the products in your cart, and payment slip images you upload
  • Quotation requests and showroom visit bookings
  • Data stored in your browser so the website works (see our Cookie Policy)

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

  • To manage your account, orders, payments, pickup, quotations and visits (to perform our contract with you)
  • To issue tax invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation)
  • To keep the website secure and prevent fraud (legitimate interests)
  • To send news and offers, only if you agree (consent, which you can withdraw at any time)

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. These providers process data on our behalf:

  • Google Firebase (accounts and database), which may store data on servers outside Thailand
  • Our website hosting provider
  • Google Maps (maps on our pages) and the frankfurter.dev exchange-rate service, which receive requests directly from your browser

5. How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active, and order and tax records for as long as the law requires.

6. Security

Connections to the website are encrypted (HTTPS), and the database's security rules only let you access your own data.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, receive a copy of, correct, delete or transfer your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent. You can download your data from your account page, or contact us at the email above. If you believe we have not followed the law, you can complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).

We may update this policy; the latest version is always on this page.
