Cancelling before payment

You can cancel the order yourself from the order page in your account, as long as you haven't paid yet.

Cancelling after payment

Please contact us as soon as possible on or at with your order number. We'll look at each case individually.

Made-to-order and imported items

Items made to your size or imported for your order may not be cancellable or returnable once work has started. The product page says when an item is made to order or imported.

Check items at pickup

Please check the items at the showroom when you collect them, and tell our team straight away about any damage or difference from your order.
