1. การสั่งซื้อ

เมื่อคุณส่งคำสั่งซื้อ เราจะกันสินค้าไว้ให้และแสดงยอดที่ต้องชำระ (คำสั่งซื้อจำนวนมาก ทีมงานจะยืนยันยอดก่อน) สัญญาซื้อขายเกิดขึ้นเมื่อเรายืนยันการชำระเงินของคุณ เราอาจยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อและคืนเงินเต็มจำนวนได้ เช่น เมื่อราคาแสดงผิดพลาด

2. ราคาและภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม

ราคาเป็นเงินบาทไทย และแสดงว่ารวมหรือไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มกำกับไว้ ราคาในสกุลเงินอื่นเป็นราคาประมาณเท่านั้น ยอดที่ต้องชำระคือยอดที่เรายืนยันกับคุณ

3. การชำระเงิน

ชำระตามวิธีที่ระบุในวิธีชำระเงิน ภายในระยะเวลาที่แจ้ง หากไม่ชำระภายในกำหนด เราอาจยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ

4. การรับสินค้า

รับสินค้าที่โชว์รูมตามเวลาทำการ กรุณาตรวจสอบสินค้าขณะรับ การจัดส่งให้ตกลงกับเราเป็นกรณีไป

5. การยกเลิกและคืนสินค้า

6. บัญชีผู้ใช้

คุณรับผิดชอบการเก็บรักษารหัสผ่าน และข้อมูลที่ให้ไว้ต้องถูกต้อง

7. ข้อจำกัดความรับผิด

เท่าที่กฎหมายอนุญาต เราไม่รับผิดต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อมที่เกิดจากการใช้เว็บไซต์ ทั้งนี้ไม่กระทบสิทธิของผู้บริโภคตามกฎหมาย

1. Orders

When you place an order, we set the items aside for you and show the amount to pay (very large orders are confirmed by our team first). A contract exists once we confirm your payment. We may cancel an order and refund it in full, for example when a price was shown in error.

2. Prices and VAT

Prices are in Thai Baht and marked as including or excluding VAT. Prices in other currencies are estimates only. The amount to pay is the amount we confirm to you.

3. Payment

Pay by one of the methods in How to pay within the time we give you. If payment is not made in time, we may cancel the order.

4. Pickup

Orders are collected from our showroom during opening hours. Please check the items when you collect them. Delivery is arranged case by case.

5. Cancellations and returns

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for the accuracy of the details you give us.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the website. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
